GlobalWA Membership Preference Form

Global Washington is ending its membership program on June 30, 2026. Organizational members who joined or renewed between June 1 and December 18, 2025 have the option to complete the form below to request a prorated refund for the unused portion of your membership OR to donate that amount to support GlobalWA's legacy preservation.

Please complete the form below by March 12 to let us know if you would like to (a) receive this refund or (b) donate it to GlobalWA to assist in our responsible closure and preservation of resources.

Refund eligibility is based on your membership renewal date and the value you received.

Full Refund (100%): If you joined or renewed in January 2026 or later, you'll receive a full refund of your membership dues. You paid for a full year without knowledge that GlobalWA would be closing, so we're returning your full payment.
Prorated Refund: If you joined or renewed between July 2025 and December 2025, you'll receive a prorated refund for the months you won't receive service (July-December 2026). Example: If you renewed in October 2025 for $125 (individual), you'll receive service through June 2026 (9 months). We'll refund the unused 3 months: $31.25.
No Refund: If you joined or renewed before July 2025, you received the majority or all of your membership period before our closure decision was made, so no refund is due.
Donation Option: Regardless of refund eligibility, you can choose to donate your refund amount to support GlobalWA's legacy preservation. This becomes a tax-deductible contribution, and we'll provide a donation receipt.

Refunds will be processed on March 13 through the same payment method you used for your membership:
