What's the name of the game you will be demoing?

Please tell us your first choice for which space you’d like to be in, and as many backup choices as you’d like. Spaces will be given on a first-come, first-served basis.

Right now, we are just doing one table for each game being demoed, meaning you cannot purchase two tables to both be used for the same game, but you can purchase two tables to be used for two different games. If you would like to purchase two tables for two different games, please fill out this form a second time, and we'll make sure that your two tables are next to each other. If you want to stick with one table and just rotate which of your games you are demoing throughout the day, that's totally fine.

I would like to be seated at a table that can sit this many players. If you want to host two 2-player games at the same table, select the number 4. If you have a four-person game that would better go at a table for 2 players, select 2. This is really about choosing the table that's the right amount of space for your game, using how many people it can seat as a reference point more than it is about understanding how many people would play your game at the same time. Right now, you cannot host three 2-player games at the 6-person table as we are saving those for designers with 6-player games.

Would you like to purchase an ad on the big-screen monitor for an additional $40?

If we open up the option for designers to purchase multiple tables for the same game, would you be interested in potentially buying additional tables (this is not a commitment to do so, just a gauge of general interest)?

We want this event to be accessible for all designers, and as such, we are working to create discounts for those who cannot afford the full price listed for a table. If you cannot afford the prices you see listed here, we are happy to sell you one of the $75 tables at a cheaper price. Please just let us know the amount you can afford, and we will see (no promises!) if that's something we can accommodate.

Designers only showing prototypes do not need to provide pictures.
