    To submit a claim for the shell structure or acrylic finish, fill in the form below and upload clear pictures of the affected area without water along with pictures of the spa installation (must be able to see what the spa is installed on).

    Dynasty Spas will review the information for warranty coverage, and if necessary, assist you with locating a company that can repair the shell or surface finish, if you are unable to perform the work yourself. A repair estimate must be pre-approved by Dynasty Spas prior to the repair taking place. Once approved, a color match repair kit can be sent to the repair company to use to repair the shell or acrylic surface.

    “Notice”: Shell and acrylic repairs require optimal conditions and air temperatures to properly cure, so the repair may be delayed until conditions are dry and warm if the spa to be repaired is installed outdoors.

    You will receive a confirmation email that the claim has been submitted along with a claim number. Retain a copy of the confirmation and claim number until the claim has been fully processed. This confirmation is emailed to the email address filled in the “Dealer’s Email Address: box in the form below.

    A Dynasty Spas representative will contact you within 48 hours with a determination, or to request more information.
