Endorsement

We authorize Culinary Architects and its lawful agents to access and review our transaction, purchase, and related account data associated with our distributor relationships, including our Performance Foodservice account, for all applicable locations.

This authorization permits Culinary Architects to analyze, utilize, and manage such data, as made available through Performance Foodservice, for the purpose of establishing, administering, monitoring, and reporting on manufacturer rebate, allowance, and deviation programs, as well as for related analytical, administrative, and operational purposes in support of pricing oversight, cost management, and program optimization, on our behalf.

We acknowledge that Culinary Architects is compensated through manufacturer allowance programs and is not compensated by Performance Foodservice. Performance Foodservice remains the distributor of record and facilitates the processing and transmission of applicable data in connection with this program.
Confidentiality

Culinary Architects maintains appropriate confidentiality and data-handling practices consistent with the administration of pricing, rebate, and related programs. Information accessed or collected in connection with this program is used in the ordinary course of providing services to the client and supporting authorized program activity.
