To submit a claim for the Spa Components or Plumbing, the repair needs to be completed FIRST. Start by diagnosing the spa and ordering the necessary parts to properly repair the spa by contacting the parts department at parts@dynastyspas.com or 866-361-3699 ext 103 or the technical support department at tech@dynastyspas.com or 866-361-3699 ext 125. After the repair has been completed fill in the form below and upload clear pictures of the defective parts and parts labels
Dynasty Spas will review the information for warranty coverage. If approved, a credit for the part/s along with the appropriate labor payment will be processed to your account.
You will receive a confirmation email that the claim has been submitted along with a claim number. Retain a copy of the confirmation and claim number until the claim has been fully processed. This confirmation is emailed to the email address filled in the “Dealer’s Email Address: box in the form below.
Do NOT dispose of or destroy any parts until the claim has been fully processed and you have received confirmation of the credit memo.
Please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing. A copy of the credit will be emailed to the email address on your account’s billing file.
