• The Hall of Fame Committee of DeMolay International is pleased to present this Nomination Form for consideration of Inductees into our Hall of Fame. 

    The DeMolay International Hall of Fame is home to many outstanding DeMolay Alumni for their professional, fraternal, and/or personal achievements. 

    To be considered by the Committee for election, a nominee must be a Senior DeMolay. 

    There is no guarantee of election to be inducted into the DeMolay International Hall of Fame; as such, all nominations shall remain confidential.

    The Committee encourages all nominators to provide as much information as possible in this nomination submission process. 

    The DeMolay International Hall of Fame accepts nominations throughout the year. However, to be considered for induction into the Class of 2027, nominations must be submitted no later than December 31, 2026.
