We are excited to invite you to join us as a Retail or Marketing Vendor at Conroe Kidzfest! This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your products, services, and promotions to over 10,000 festival attendees in a fun, family-friendly atmosphere.

Vendor Eligibility Statement

Kidzfest is a children’s and family-focused festival. All vendors must provide products, services, or experiences that are appropriate for and directly relevant to children and families. Vendors offering primarily adult-oriented products or services will not be accepted.

Food & Beverage Sales – Restricted to Approved Vendors

Only approved food vendors may sell or distribute any food, drinks, or consumable items. This includes prepackaged items such as cookies, bottled water, sodas, and similar products. All other vendors are not permitted to offer these items.

Vendor Registration Notice

Registration for this event includes booth space only. Tents, tables, chairs, tent weights, and other equipment are NOT provided. Vendors are responsible for supplying all necessary items for their setup.

Application Notification and Payment Process
Application Review & Notification

Applications are reviewed and approved on a rolling basis as they are received. Applicants will be notified via email regarding the status of their application. Please note that notifications will be sent via email only.

The application submission deadline is March 23, 2026. Submission by the deadline does not guarantee acceptance, as vendor spaces are limited and may fill before that date.

Payment Requirements

Once an application is approved, payment must be received within 72 hours to secure your vendor space. A payment link will be emailed to approved vendors, allowing payment by credit card, debit card, or electronic check.

Failure to submit payment within 72 hours may result in forfeiture of the vendor space, and the spot may be offered to another applicant.

Vendors who wish to mail a paper check must ensure the check is postmarked and mailed within 72 hours of approval to:

Additional Guidelines & Event Details

Approved vendors will receive additional booth guidelines and event policies via email. This information will include setup instructions, safety protocols, and other event-specific details.

Final event details, including booth assignments, will be sent approximately one week prior to the event. Booth locations are assigned by event staff and are subject to change based on event logistics.
