5:00 pm - Set up - five people needed
5:30-6:10 - guiding families to the third floor - three people needed
5:30-6:10 - managing the check in table - three people needed
6:10-7:30 pm - floating throughout the event, guiding people to food/restroom etc - three people needed
8:30-9:00 pm - clean up - five people needed (won't need to stay until 9, just until clean up is complete)
