Community Impact Grant Covenant - Sign Below* This field is required.I, on behalf of my church, commit to the following in receiving the $500 Community Impact Grant: • ALIGNMENT: This grant will fund a community initiative directly aligned with our church's vision as refined through the Immerse partnership assessment process. • TIMEFRAME: Funds will be used within six months of cohort completion (by September 2026). • PARTNERSHIP FOCUS: This initiative will engage at least one community partner identified or strengthened through the Immerse process. • REPORTING: I will submit a brief impact report (1-2 paragraphs + 1-2 photos) within 30 days of project completion, including: how the funded initiative aligned with our vision, which Immerse strategy or framework we applied, which community partner(s) we engaged, and key outcomes or learnings.
