Socal Gaming Expo has a very limited number of slots for panels open to the public. All submissions need to be approved and are assigned after all guest panel slots are assigned. Because of this, applications are not reviewed until closer to our show. Submitting does NOT automatically guarantee a spot. All submissions will be reviewed no later than May 20th 2026.
