Purchased Replacement Parts
If a replacement part was purchased from Dynasty Spas, a one-year replacement warranty is provided for that part. To submit a claim for the purchased replacement part, fill in the form below and upload clear pictures of the defective part and /or labels.
Dynasty Spas will review the information for warranty coverage. If approved, a credit for the part/s will be processed to your account. Contact the parts department at parts@dynastyspas.com or 866-361-3699 ext 103 to order a replacement. If the credit has been processed, the accounting department can apply this credit to the replacement part’s invoice.
You will receive a confirmation email that the claim has been submitted along with a claim number. Retain a copy of the confirmation and claim number until the claim has been fully processed. This confirmation is emailed to the email address filled in the “Dealer’s Email Address: box in the form below.
Do NOT dispose of or destroy any parts until the claim has been fully processed and you have received confirmation of the credit memo.
Please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing. A copy of the credit will be emailed to the email address on your account’s billing file.
