Please let us know when you need your basket. We do our best to accommodate requested timelines; however, rush orders are subject to availability and may incur a $30 rush fee. Submitting this form does not guarantee same-day or next-day delivery. Because each basket is thoughtfully curated, a 1–2 week lead time is preferred to allow for sourcing and shipping of items.
Payment, Delivery, Handling & Refund Policy

Payment:

Payment for all custom baskets is due upfront upon receipt of invoice. Invoices are sent via FreshBooks, using secure, industry-standard processing. Final pricing will be estimated within the range of your selected tier.

Delivery:

A $20 deliver fee applies to all areas within North Chesterfield, Richmond, Short Pump, Midlothian, Forest Hill, Dinwiddie, and areas within approximately 10 miles of Downtown Richmond. reserves the right to decline delivery to any location at our discretion.

Delivery beyond this area may be possilbe by arranging a halfway meeting point, depending on distance and availability. Luke's Baskets & Blessings reserves the right to decline delivery to any location.

Once an order is delivered or picked up, responsibility transfers to the customer or recipient. All baskets are photographed before and at delivery. Luke’s Baskets & Blessings is not responsible for issues arisng after delivery or pickup.
- Lift basket from the base, not the bow
- Transport in a bow with soft material if needed
- To open, cut just below the bow.
- Be mindful of floral wire
- Items are secured with removable glue dots
Refunds:

Due to the custom nature of our gift baskets and the inclusion of perishable or personalized items, all sales are final. No refunds are offered.
