July 4 Celebration - Arts, Crafts, or Commercial Vendor 2026

**This is not the form for concession vendors.**

This form is not for concession vendors, only arts, crafts, commercial, and non-profit. If you have any questions, please contact Taylor at 434.857.3384. *Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance to the event.*

Event Set Up Information

• Vendor set-up will be Saturday, July 4, 1-4:30 PM
• No cars will be allowed in the Pavilion area after 5 PM. All vendors must be set-up by 5:30 PM.
• Application and payment must be received no later than June 16, 2026 at 5 PM.
• This is rain or shine event. There will be no refunds.
• Only ADA recognized service dogs are allowed inside the pavilion during the event. 
• Vendors must stay until after the fireworks conclude and the event space is clear to load your materials.
