- Applications are due Sunday, May 3, 2026 at 11:59pm U.S. Pacific Time.
- Those selected for the Emerging Artists Showcase will be notified by the end of June 2026
- The Emerging Artists Showcase will be held on Friday, October 23, 2026 at 7:30pm in Seattle, Washington
- The applicant must be a current member of EMA, with either a Personal, Student, Household Membership or an Organization Membership for the ensemble prior to the application deadline. Please ensure your membership is current at the time of submission.

A harpsichord and/or positive organ will be available for performances if requested. Requests for other instruments will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Section 3-Performance Recording(s)
Performance recordings that meet the following requirements:
- Video performance recordings of the applicant - Please submit no more than 20 minutes of recordings.
- Submitted performance recordings must be no more than two years old.
- Submitted performance recordings should be of the highest video quality possible.
- Video recordings should be shared as YouTube or other streaming video links - videos may either be public or unlisted.
- Recordings can be multiple short selections or one long selection.
- Recordings should reflect, as much as possible, the personnel indicated in your program proposal, even if they are short recordings of each member.
- Submission recordings may be of your proposed program, but it is not required.
Please note: If you are applying for the Virtual Showcase, recordings used in your application may not appear in your Showcase video project, but you may perform the same repertoire in your final video.
