    To submit a claim for the Spa Cover, fill in the form below and upload clear pictures of the affected area along with an overall picture of the cover installed on the spa.

    Dynasty Spas will review the information for warranty coverage. If approved, a replacement cover or cover skin (vinyl only) will be processed under your account at no charge. The warranty does not cover shipping cost associated with replacement covers or cover skins, so it is typically best to ship these replacements along with your next spa shipment.

    You will receive a confirmation email that the claim has been submitted along with a claim number. Retain a copy of the confirmation and claim number until the claim has been fully processed. This confirmation is emailed to the email address filled in the “Dealer’s Email Address: box in the form below.

    A Dynasty Spas representative will contact you within 48 hours with a determination, or to request more information.

    After replacement cover/skin has been received, the defective cover/skin can be disposed of at your discretion.
