This registration form only needs to be completed if you are applying to be a Food or Drink Vendor at the Portsmouth Pride 2026 Main Day Event.

This form is strictly for Food & Drink Vendors and excludes stall traders and registered charities.

We are seeking all types of food vendors (excluding bars).

Event Details
Date: Saturday 6 June 2026
Venue: Southsea Common

All stalls (excluding food and bar vendors) are permitted to close from 5:00pm, However Food vendors may continue trading until the official event closing time if they wish.

Completion of this form does not guarantee a pitch at Portsmouth Pride 2026. Our team will confirm your place by email once all documentation is checked and payment has been received.

Any forms submitted without the correct documentation will be automatically rejected.

Set up on Friday is preferred. (Everything is left overnight at the owners risk)

Vehicles are permitted on site on Friday, and Saturday MORNING ONLY up to 9am, after which all vehicles need to be removed from site.

Failure to do so will result in you being refused stalls at any future Portsmouth Pride Trust events.

Invoices will be sent out via Zettle. (Please check you spam and junk folders)

We will not be chasing for payments this year, if you have not paid by the deadline your pitch will be offered to someone else.

Invoices have 7 days to be paid once sent.

Once Payment & All Documentation has been received we will confirm your pitch.
