We value respect, reliability, and collaboration, including clear communication with market staff, a commitment to showing up as scheduled, being parked by 8:00 AM on confirmed market days, prepared for service by 9:00 AM, and remaining in place until 1:00 PM when the market closes (option to stay longer).
