TERMS OF CUSTOM MOLD DESIGNING

- Please allow us 1-5 business days to respond to inital request. We respond to certain projects at our discretion based on ability, time, etc.
- EXCLUSIVE MOLD: This means I won't resell on my wesbite for others to buy. However, If you give me permission to resell & I agree to have it on my site at a later time, only a PARTIAL refund OR a free mold of your choice will be given in exchange. Exclusive Molds are $35 for the initial custom fee.
- NON-EXCLUSIVE MOLD: This means I MAY resell on my site if I choose to in the future. Non-Exclusive Molds are $20 for the initial custom fee.
- If you're needing another design/mold it will be $5 for each design added to the initial fee.
-PLEASE NOTE: If the mold is a design that is non-resellable due to the unique nature of it, you will be charged the exclusive fee-
- I will send a "Mock-Up" of your Design(s) with sizes for your approval. We allow up to 3 edits before additional charges are added. Once approved, an invoice for the phsyical molds will be sent & once paid, your mold will enter the 3-D building phase and no further changes can be made.
- I DO NOT recreate/copy exclusive molds from other businesses.
- Custom Mold TAT from the time of approval to shipment is 5-15 business days.
