  • TERMS OF CUSTOM MOLD DESIGNING

    Please allow us 1-5 business days to respond to inital request. We respond to certain projects at our discretion based on ability, time, etc.

     

    CUSTOM MOLD FEE and PHYSICAL MOLD invoices are separate. Please read these terms carefully. 

     

    • EXCLUSIVE MOLD: This means I won't resell on my wesbite for others to buy. However, If you give me permission to resell & I agree to have it on my site at a later time, only a PARTIAL refund OR a free mold of your choice will be given in exchange. Exclusive Molds are $35 for the initial custom fee.

     

    • NON-EXCLUSIVE MOLD: This means I MAY resell on my site if I choose to in the future.  Non-Exclusive Molds are $20 for the initial custom fee. 

     

    • If you're needing another design/mold it will be $5 for each design added to the initial fee.

    -PLEASE NOTE: If the mold is a design that is non-resellable due to the unique nature of it, you will be charged the exclusive fee-

     

     

    • I will send a "Mock-Up" of your Design(s) with sizes for your approval.
      We allow up to 3 edits before additional charges are added.

     

    • Once approved, an invoice for the phsyical molds will be sent & once paid, your mold will enter the 3-D building phase and no further changes can be made.

     

    • I DO NOT recreate/copy exclusive molds from other businesses.  

     

    • Custom Mold TAT from the time of custom fee payment to shipment is 5-15 business days.
