  • TERMS OF CUSTOM MOLD DESIGNING

    Please allow us 1-5 business days to respond to inital request. We respond to certain projects at our discretion based on ability, time, etc.

     

    CUSTOM MOLD DEPOSIT and PHYSICAL MOLD invoices are 2 separate invoices. First you will pay the NON-REFUNDABLE Custom Mold Deposit (Exclusive or Non Exclusive) Before I start ANY work on my end.

     

    • EXCLUSIVE MOLD: $35 This means I won't resell on my wesbite for others to buy. However, If you give me permission to resell & I agree to have it on my site at a later time, we can discuss terms.

     

    • NON-EXCLUSIVE MOLD: $20 This means I MAY resell on my site if I choose to in the future.   

     

    • If you're needing another design/mold it will be $5 for each design added to the initial fee.

    -PLEASE NOTE: If the mold is a design that is non-resellable due to the unique nature of it, you will be charged the exclusive fee-

     AFTER DEPOSIT IS PAID:

     

    • I will send a "Mock-Up" of your Design(s) with sizes for your approval.
      We allow up to 3 edits before additional charges are added.

     

    • Once approved, an invoice for the actual molds will be sent & once paid, your mold will enter the 3-D building phase and no further changes can be made.

     

    • Please have your last invoice paid within 5 days. If left unpaid & you ignore my correspondence, your deposit will be forfeited and the design will be recycled/reused at my discretion. 

     

    • I DO NOT recreate/copy exclusive molds from other businesses.  

     

    • Custom Mold TAT from the time of deposit to shipment is 5-10 business days.
