PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR POOL IS AT NORMAL OPERATING LEVEL BEFORE WE ARRIVE. IF WE HAVE TO COME BACK THE NEXT DAY THERE WILL BE A $25 FEE.

IF DECK ANCHORS ARE STRIPPED OUT/MISSING/LOOSE/BROKEN--REPLACEMENTS ARE NOT COVERED UNDER OPENING. ADDITIONAL APPOINTMENT REQUIRED UNLESS PREAPPROVED ON OPENING.

Location to store pool cover? If location is garage you must note the code to open the garage. Covers will ONLY be moved inside on the floor of the garage or bottom shelf. (no more than 2' off ground)
