This registration form only needs to be completed if you are applying for a stall trader pitch at the Portsmouth Pride 2026 Main Day Event.

This form is for stall traders only and excludes all food and drink vendors.

We welcome all types of stalls, particularly those that appeal to families and the LGBTQ+ community.

All stalls (excluding food and bar vendors) are permitted to close from 5:00pm. Stall traders may continue trading until the official event closing time if they wish.

All pitches are self-sufficient. Traders must provide their own Gazebo which must be commercial-grade and suitable for outdoor events.with appropriate weights, as well as tables, chairs, and any other equipment required. Please note: Tables, chairs, and gazebos are not supplied.

Generators and all electrical equipment are strictly prohibited.

Completion of this form does not guarantee a pitch at Portsmouth Pride 2026. Our team will confirm your place by email once payment has been received and all required documentation has been submitted and approved.

Any forms submitted without the correct documentation will be automatically rejected.

Invoices will be sent out via Zettle.

We will not be chasing for payments this year, if you have not paid by the deadline your pitch will be offered to someone else.

Invoices have 7 days to be paid once sent.

Once Payment & All Documentation has been received we will confirm your pitch.
