- I/we hereby authorize Minnesota Association of Nurse Anesthetists (MANA) to archive my/our presentation for the MANA 2026 Fall Education Conference, held at Saint Paul RiverCentre on Friday, September 25 and Saturday, September 26, 2026, on www.mnana.org. MANA will limit viewing of archived presentations to MANA Members, meeting attendees, and others as authorized by the Association or Presenter(s).
  
  To the best of my/our knowledge, my/our presentation does not violate any proprietary or personal rights of others (including copyright, trademark and privacy rights), is factually accurate and contains nothing defamatory or otherwise unlawful. I/we have the full authority to enter into this agreement and have obtained all necessary permissions or licenses from any individuals or organizations whose material is included or used in my presentation.
  
  If selected to present my/our presentation in a speaker timeslot, I/we agree to comply with the MANA Speaker Guidelines as posted to the Poster Showcase page of the MANA website. (Signatures sent by electronic means (facsimile, scanned and sent via e-mail, or signed by electronic signature service where legally permitted) shall be deemed original signatures.)
