After submitting this form, you will see a link to make a payment. This link will take you to our church's payment platform, SecureGive. BE SURE TO SELECT "Student Summer Camp", then enter your desired payment amount. Click the "Add a message" button and enter your student's name.

A non-refundable $35 deposit is requried to secure a spot at this year's conference.

Boones Students will have fundraising opportunities to help reduce trip cost. If your student participates in those, your final payment will be different than what is listed below. Those amounts will be discussed as needed.

We will have a Parent Meeting July 19th after the 10:30am service at Boones Chapel (meeting will begin around 11:45am). We will settle any unpaid balances, missing insurance cards, and answer any questions you may have. Please attend this meeting if possible.

The $225 trip cost includes: 2 nights at hotel, conference entry fee, and 3 meals during conference.

Parent/Guardian Agreement: I/we are the legal guardians of the student named above and hereby give my/our permission for the named student to participate in the event named above with the leaders of Boones Students and/or Boones Chapel Baptist Church. I understand that in the event of an emergency that the leaders of Boones Students and/or Boones Chapel Baptist Church will do everything in their power to contact me personally, but that in the event that they are unable to do so, I/we give my/our permission for the leaders to seek necessary medical attention for the student named above.
