Lesson & Equipment Rental Form
Thank you for choosing Spring Lake Ski Hill Snow School for your ski or snowboard beginner lesson needs.
- Step 1: Book your lesson on our website using the lesson booking calendar - Online Lesson Booking
  - If you would prefer to have more than one person in your lesson, simply put all names when you book the lesson.
- Step 2: Complete this Lesson & Equipment Rental Form for each participant to help us tailor your lesson experience, and to reserve rental equipment if needed.
- Step 3: Complete an online Snow School Waiver for each lesson participant - Snow School Waiver
- Step 4: Send etransfer lesson fee of $50 for each participant to info@springlakehill.com to hold & confirm your spot.
  - Lesson will only be held for 24 hours and then will be cancelled if the steps above are not completed.

Lessons Fees
- To hold your Lesson, please send an e-transfer payment of $50 for each Participant to info@springlakehill.com.
- Please put 'participant name(s)' and 'lesson date/time' in the memo field.

Cold Weather Policy

To ensure the safety and well-being of guests and staff during cold weather conditions, Spring Lake Ski Hill has established this cold weather policy to guide decision-making regarding operations and activities under such circumstances. The current weather conditions will be determined using the weather station installed at the Ski Hill.

Cold Weather Thresholds:
- Scheduled Lessons: All lessons will be canceled & rescheduled if the 'feels like' temperature is -25°C or colder.
- Ski Hill Operations: The ski hill will be closed entirely if the 'feels like' temperature is -30°C or colder.
Lesson participants will be contacted if lessons need to be canceled and rescheduled.
