    Welcome to the Big Bear Yoga Festival! This year we are hosting a weekend event in beautiful Big Bear Lake, CA, in the San Bernardino Mountains.

    Our mission is to gather in community and share movement, music, health, vegetarian food & fun in the San Bernardino Mountains. We want to bring people together and make new friends. An important part of that is including yoga studios in building a stronger community.

        You will receive a link to the Vendor Application to complete with your vending details.

        ACCEPTANCE NOTIFICATIONS WILL BE SENT VIA EMAIL. IF ACCEPTED, FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Declined application fees will be returned via paypal or check.

        Yoga Studio Sponsor Vendor Fees: $60 Vendor Booth, 10x10 (Regular Rate $95+)

        A booth fee for the event provides you with a fairly level space that will accommodate a 10 x 10’ booth and the opportunity to offer your wares or services.

        VENDING HOURS: 9am - 5pm Saturday, October 3, 2026

        VENDOR SET UP: 6pm - 8:00 pm Friday, 7:30am – 9:00 am Saturday

        *No overnight security is provided - leave items at your own risk. No overnight parking and no cars in the vendor area after 8:30 am for safety.

        REGISTRATION OPENS: 8:00 am

        TEAR DOWN: 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm Saturday, No early tear down.
