Pinup Contest

Step back in time and celebrate classic Americana in our Patriotic Pin-Up Contest—a highlight of the Rally! Contestants will have a chance to win cash prizes and sponsor giveaways. The contest celebrates vintage style, confidence, and community spirit, all while honoring our nation’s heroes. All participants will be featured on stage during the Rally with the winner announced during the main program. Whether you’re competing or cheering from the crowd, it’s a tribute you won’t want to miss!

General Rules:

• Arrival Time – 12-1pm for check in, ready and at stage for 3pm contest time.
• Check in at The Rockabilly Vixen tent upon arrival.
• Pinup contestants must be pre-registered and pay entry fee of $30.
• Patriotic theme,1950s attire.
• 18+, no exposed belly buttons, no nudity, no flashing, no pasties, no lingerie
  outfits, no bikinis/thongs, and no Halloween style costumes.
• Participants are expected to behave in a professional manner, with no lewd or
  inappropriate behavior.
• Contestants must remain in the show area for the duration of the contest and
  judging.
• Winners will be judged by a panel of judges in multiple categories.
• Missed Event: Failure to register or comply with rules can lead to disqualification
• Lost Fee: Entry fees may be non-refundable if the event is canceled.
• Delayed Processing: Inaccurate information can delay registration processing
• By registering and participating in the event, users agrees to Liability Waiver and Media Release.

Judging:

• Contestants will be scored by a panel of judges.
• Contestants will be judged on outfit, hair, accessories, poise, personality, and
  presentation.
• Contestants will be given a question at check in to answer on stage.
• Top 3 winners and Miss Congeniality will be awarded

LIABILITY WAIVER:

In consideration of my entry in the Realities for Children/Rockabilly Vixen pinup contest, I hereby waive, release, and discharge any and all claims for damages, injury, and property damage which I or my successors may have, or which may hereafter occur to me as a result of my participation in this event. This release is intended to discharge in advance the promoters, sponsors, and all municipalities and public entities (and their respective agents, employees, volunteers) from and against any and all liability arising out of or connected in any way with my participation in this event. I understand the risks involved in participating in such an event. I hereby agree to assume those risks and to release and hold harmless all of the persons and/or entities above mentioned.

Media/Photo Release:
By purchasing a registration ticket or your presence at this event, you understand and consent to participate in all audio, video, photographic and/or digital recording during your time with the Rockabilly Vixens Club and/or its events. You understand and consent to the use and release of the audio/visual recordings by The Rockabilly Vixens. You understand that the information and recording is for publication by The Rockabilly Vixens and associated events only and that your name and image will not be used for any other purpose. You relinquish any rights to the recording and understand the recording may be duplicated and be used by The Rockabilly Vixens without further permission. You understand that you can leave at any time and the rights will remain with The Rockabilly Vixens and will not be taken down if you do so. Publication use can include but not limited to: social media and website publications, news publications, magazine and book publication, video publications, newsletters, and marketing materials. I hereby waive any and all rights of publicity or privacy and grant the organizers full and complete permission to utilize my name, image, likeness, and voice in any and all manner and media throughout the world in perpetuity. I release the Event organizers, its officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents, sponsors, licensees and assigns from and against any and all claims which I have or may have for invasion of privacy, defamation or any other cause of action arising out of the production, distribution, broadcast or exhibition of photographs, footage, or any promotional materials.
