MEDIA PRODUCTION SERVICES AGREEMENT

PARTIES
This Agreement is between Mozy Outdoors ("Producer") and Green Acres Campground ("Client").

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES
Producer will provide a comprehensive media package captured during Easter Weekend (April 3–5, 2026) at 1679 Green Acres Rd, Williamston, NC.

2. FINAL DELIVERABLES
Upon completion, Producer shall deliver:
• 50+ High-Resolution HDR Images: A library including landscapes, property overviews, and amenity shots.
• Property "Hero" Film: A 90-second cinematic trailer (4K resolution).
• Social Suite: 5 Vertical "Reels" (15–30 seconds each) optimized for TikTok/Instagram focusing on Easter events, the 4-acre lake, and park amenities.
• 360° Aerial Panorama: Optimized for the Google Business Profile.

3. INVESTMENT & PAYMENT
Total Project Fee: $1,500.00
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $750.00 is required to secure the holiday weekend dates.
Final Balance: The remaining $750.00 is due upon delivery of the final edited asset library.

4. DRONE COMPLIANCE & SAFETY
Producer is FAA Part 107 certified and will operate in full compliance with North Carolina UAS laws and Martin County Airport safety protocols. Producer maintains liability insurance for all flight operations.

5. PRIVACY & STAGING
Occupied Units: Producer will not photograph or film the interior of any cabin or RV while it is occupied.
Residential Privacy: Producer will avoid low-altitude flights over long-term residential sections of the park to respect guest privacy.
Staging Assistance: While Client is responsible for general tidying (mowing, clearing clutter), Producer is available to assist with final "camera-ready" adjustments upon arrival.

6. USAGE RIGHTS
Upon final payment, Client is granted a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use all media for website, social media, and third-party listings (e.g., The Dyrt, Hipcamp). Producer retains the right to use media for portfolio and promotional marketing.

7. CANCELLATION & WEATHER
In the event of severe weather that prevents safe drone flight or filming, Producer and Client will coordinate a makeup date at no additional cost.
