KC DiversAbility College and Career Fair

The 2026 KC DiversAbility College & Career Fair, presented by The Transition Academy, is extending a warm invitation to you. This event, spanning across the metropolitan area, offers a unique opportunity for young people with disabilities to engage with college admission counselors and job-training professionals, create a resume, partake in job interviews, or summer internship discussions, explore adult benefit services, and submit an initial intake form for state and local services.

To assist in your successful transition from high school and to support your pursuit of post-secondary goals, this registration form will request certain demographic details. These details will help us provide you with the best resources and referrals during and after the fair, and rest assured, they will not be shared with third parties.
