2. WRITTEN OR VIDEO ESSAY - Choose one of the following topics (Written: Must be at least 250 -500 words, typed and double spaced, using a 12- point font and either Times New Roman or Arial font type; Video Format: 3 minutes max).
- Four-Year College or University Applicant: Why do you deserve an ICF scholarship, and how will it help you achieve your goals?
3. TWO LETTERS OF RECOMMENDATION, OR EVIDENCE OF WORK EXPERIENCE.
- ACADEMIC - Submitted by a teacher, counselor, or administrator AND
- PERSONAL - Submitted by an individual who can objectively assess your abilities and character (non-family member). OR
- WORK EXPERIENCE – Submitted by an employer orsupervisor (non-family member)
4. COMMUNITY SERVICE CERTIFICATION FORM
- Candidate will complete the form to describe community involvement in a particular program and the signature of the community service organization representative is required. Click link to download: Community Service Form
4. SCHOOL CERTIFIED OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS - Must be sent via U.S. Mail and RECEIVED BY APRIL 10, 2026. Please note: The P.O. Box does not accept hand-delivered mail. Mail Transcripts to:

5. PERSONAL SIGNATURE FORM - Please ensure that all parties have signed the applicable documents. Parent signature is required if applicant is under 18 years old on the date of application submission.
6. FREE APPLICATION FOR FEDERAL STUDENT AID (FAFSA) – Please upload a PDF copy of your FAFSA Submission Summary/Student Aid Index (SAI).
Late or incomplete applications will not be accepted, no exceptions.
All scholarship finalists will be required to submit verification of enrollment in an educational entity, community college, trade school or four-year college/university enrollment by way of registration receipt prior to disbursement of scholarship funds.
