NDIS Guidelines:

As part of the review process at the end of your NDIS plan, we are required to write a report to the NDIS to let them know what we have been working on, how this is progressing & what we recommend for the next years funding. Please provide a copy of your NDIS plan so we can see what goals are laid out in your plan and make sure we are working on those goals. If we are not working on the goals in your plan we may not be able to write a report to support future funding if needed.

We do not need to see the financial side of your plan if you are uncomfortable providing this. The only information we need is the goals, your NDIS number and the dates of your plan.
