Thank you for choosing SA Tax Agency 77 to prepare your income tax returns. To ensure a clear understanding of our professional relationship, please review the following engagement terms.
We will prepare your tax returns based solely on the information you provide. Upon completion, all original documents will be returned to you. We may retain scanned copies for our records; however, you are responsible for maintaining all documents supporting income, deductions, credits, and disclosures. This includes, but is not limited to, receipts and records for meals, travel, vehicle use, charitable contributions, business expenses, and bank or credit card statements. These records are essential should your return be examined by a taxing authority. We recommend retaining all tax documents and copies of filed returns for a minimum of five (5) years after filing or the due date, whichever is later.
Our services cannot be relied upon to detect errors, irregularities, or illegal acts, including fraud, within the information you provide. We will use professional judgment when tax law is unclear and, unless instructed otherwise, will take reasonable positions in your favor. However, we cannot guarantee that any position will not be challenged or that a particular outcome will result. We are not responsible for issues arising from information not provided prior to filing.
This engagement includes general income tax preparation services only. Unless specifically requested and agreed to in writing, we do not provide payroll tax, sales tax, excise tax, property tax, or compliance services related to business law, licensing, healthcare, human resources, or retirement plans.
Fees are based on a per-form structure and time required, including related administrative costs. Payment is due upon presentation of completed returns. SA Tax Agency 77 does not release tax returns or related documents until fees are paid in full. If collection efforts are required, you may be responsible for associated legal costs. While we aim to provide fee estimates in advance, final fees may vary based on circumstances; you will be notified if significant changes arise.
After payment, you will receive copies of your completed returns, e-file authorizations, and any applicable payment vouchers. Please review all documents carefully. Any requested corrections should be reported immediately. Tax returns cannot be electronically filed without your signed authorization. If e-filing is unavailable, paper copies will be provided for mailing.
By signing this engagement, you agree to compensate SA Tax Agency 77 for services requested. If the engagement is terminated prior to completion, we reserve the right to bill for time, expenses, or costs incurred.
Audit or examination representation is not included in the tax preparation fee and requires a separate engagement. If desired, Audit Maintenance Protection is available for $99.99 and will be added to your preparation fees.
We take your privacy seriously and will safeguard your personal information. Your information will never be sold or disclosed outside the firm. Limited internal use (such as newsletters or courtesy communications) may occur. By signing, you consent to this limited internal use.

SA Tax Agency 77 operates as an independent tax preparation service. Electronic filing may be completed through an IRS-authorized electronic filing identification number (EFIN).

La representación en auditorías no está incluida y requiere un acuerdo separado. La Protección de Auditoría está disponible por $99.99. Protegemos su información personal y no la divulgamos fuera de la empresa. Puede existir un uso interno limitado. Al firmar, usted acepta estos términos.
SA Tax Agency 77 opera como un servicio independiente de preparación de impuestos. La presentación electrónica puede realizarse mediante un EFIN autorizado por el IRS.
