    Dublin Pride Festival, Merrion Square, Saturday June 27th 2026
  • About the Festival

    The annual Dublin Pride Parade culminates in a full day festival in Merrion Square that operates between 1pm and 6pm. Over 40,000 people pass through the festival site with approximately 6,000 people inside the park during the peak hours. The festival site includes a main stage, activations, stalls and a variety of food and beverage vendors.

    The closing date to apply to trade at the festival is March 31st 2026.

    Health & Safety

    Food & Beverage vendors must be fully compliant with all relevant health and safety requirements and be in a position to provide certifications, insurance, risk assesments, etc in advance of the event.

    Gas appliances are not permitted at the festival site, there are no exceptions to this rule

    Sustainability

    All packaging and tableware must be compostable. Reduced pitch fees apply to vendors providing vegan, vegetarian and healthy food options.

    Fees and Pitch details

    Hot Food options are based on total footprint of 5 meters x 3 meters and pitch fees range from €1,000 to €1,500 based on the type of food offered. 

    Tea/coffee/sweets/ice-cream pitches are based on a total footprint of 3 meters x 3 meters. The pitch fee is €750.

    You will be required to provide a copy of your menu including costs with your application (we understand there may be changes to the final menu on the day, however the fees charged to the public must be final).

    VAT at 23% is charged in addition to all pitch fees.

    Power, access to water and waste management are included on a fair usage basis.

     

  • Payment Terms

    Fees must be paid at least 30 days before the event, unless you are participating in our Pre-Paid Voucher System.

    Pre-Paid Voucher System

    Lunch and beverage vouchers are provided to event volunteers and crew as well as staff of some sponsors and partners. Vendors who participate in the scheme can use these vouchers to offset their pitch fees and avail of 30 day credit terms for any balancing payments due. If the total amount of vouchers redeemed exceeds your pitch fee you will be paid the balance within 7 days. 

  • Terms & Conditions

    • If you cancel your booking less than 30 days before the event you are still liable to pay your pitch fee or a portion of it. 
    • The event organisers are not responsible for any loss of income or costs incurred if the event is cancelled. 
    • The event organisers are not responsible for the weather.
    • Unsafe behaviour will result in your concession being shut down.
    • Be sound.
    • We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions.

    Cancellation Policy

    If you cancel with less than 30 days notice the following fees apply:

    • 1 week notice - Full fee due
    • 2 weeks notice - 75% of fee due
    • 3 weeks notice - 50% of fee due
    • 4 weeks notice - 25% of fee due

    If we cancel the event in it's entirety you will be due a refund of your pitch fee, however you will not hold the event organisers liable for any lost income or costs incurred. If the event is closed part way through you will recieve a proportional refund of pitch fees.
