Introduction
Arts Council England have commissioned CultureRunner to undertake independent research into museums and collections insurance. As part of the research, we invite you to complete this short survey. Our objective is to gain insight about the state of the sector, especially in relation to commercial insurance. Responses will help us to develop our support for the sector.
Please feel free to share this survey with a colleague at your museum if you feel they are better placed to respond. The survey will be open until 22nd February 2026.
Data: Any information you provide will be treated confidentially. Data will be stored electronically and securely on a cloud-based system on encrypted files. Data will be stored until 30 April 2026, after which time it will be destroyed.
