FINGERPRINT APPOINTMENT

When coming to the Sheriff's Office to request fingerprints, there are a few things you need to make sure you bring with you.

1. Make sure to bring your governement issued ID and that all the information is correct.

2. Bring all completed and properly signed paperwork. If electronic submission is being requested, you will need a signed electronic submission approval form.

Two applicants can request fingerprints at using the same time slot.

Application fee for Stokes Residents
- $5.00 per card/ submission
- No charge - Foster Care / Adoption
Application fee for non-residents - $15.00 per card/ submission
