    Your food contribution plays an important role in helping students experience the cultures of our community as they “travel the world” in one day.

    Please complete the form below to share details about the food you will be providing.

    Food Drop-Off Information
    Date: Friday, February 27, 2026
    Time: 8:00–8:40am
    Location: Back of the Gymnasium

    Important Food Safety Information
    Please ensure your dish is clearly labelled with:

    • Country represented
    • Name of the dish
    • All ingredients, including any potential allergens

    This information is essential to support students with food allergies and dietary needs. Examples of common allergens include (but are not limited to): groundnuts or tree nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat/gluten, soy, fish, and crustaceans/shellfish.


    Additional Notes
    Primary and Secondary food service will take place at separate, clearly marked tables.

    • Secondary students will be connected with a primary class country and must have a food-service ticket to access the potluck ("Pay with your plate").
    • DP2 students will sell drinks (juice, sparkling water, and bottled water) to raise funds for Graduation.
    • Serving utensils will be provided.
