This Waiver and Release of Liability (“Agreement”) is made by the undersigned participant (“Participant”) in favor of the event organizer, hosts,
sponsors, volunteers, affiliates, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”).
1. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISK
I understand that participation in an organized vehicle drive or cruise involves inherent risks, including but not limited to traffic
hazards, road conditions, weather, actions of other drivers, mechanical failure, personal injury, property damage, or death.
I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable, associated with my
participation.
2. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND EVENT RULES
I expressly agree to: Obey all local, state, and federal traffic laws, regulations, and ordinances; Drive in a safe, responsible, and
lawful manner at all times; Follow all instructions, guidelines, and rules provided by the event organizers
I understand that this event does not authorize, encourage, or permit:
Speeding, Reckless driving, Racing, Burnouts, Excessive revving, Any illegal or unsafe behavior
Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the event at the sole discretion of the organizers.
3. NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR FINES, TICKETS, OR CITATIONS
I acknowledge and agree that: I am solely responsible for my driving behavior and decisions; The Released Parties are not
responsible for any traffic citations, fines, tickets, penalties, impound fees, or legal consequences issued by law enforcement or
regulatory authorities; Any such fines or penalties are my personal responsibility, regardless of whether they occur during or in
connection with the event
4. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and
all claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in the event, including
but not limited to: Personal injury or death, Vehicle damage, Property damage, Economic loss, Third-party claims
This release includes claims arising from the ordinary negligence of the Released Parties.
5. NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR VEHICLE OR PROPERTY DAMAGE
I understand and agree that the Released Parties: Do not provide insurance coverage for my vehicle or personal property; Are not
responsible for damage to my vehicle, other vehicles, or any personal or third-party property; Are not liable for theft, vandalism,
collisions, or mechanical failures
6. INDEMNIFICATION
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, damages, liabilities, fines, costs, or legal fees
arising from my actions, conduct, or participation in the event.
7. MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION
In the event of an emergency, I authorize the organizers to obtain medical treatment on my behalf. I understand that I am solely
responsible for all related medical expenses.
8. MEDIA RELEASE
I grant permission for photographs and video taken during the event to be used for promotional and marketing purposes without
compensation.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas
10. SEVERABILITY
If any portion of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND SIGNATURE
I certify that I have read this Agreement in its entirety, fully understand its contents, and voluntarily agree to all terms. I understand
that I am giving up certain legal rights by signing this document.
