Volunteer Role Descriptions

Cabin Big Buddies
-Provide direct camper support throughout the weekend
-Help campers get to meals and activities on time
-Facilitate in-cabin play and encourage cabin bonding
-Stay overnight in the cabin with campers
-Preferred age 21+, eligible starting at age 19

Clinical Point Person
-Camper support role for trained clinical professionals
-Paired with a cabin to support Cabin Big Buddies
-Help facilitate grief conversations and cabin sharing
-Stay overnight in the retreat center
-Clinical degree required or final year of master’s program

Logistics Team Member
-Assist with camp setup, cleanup, and general flow
-Help with registration and checkout
-Welcome camper families
-Support activity areas (arts & crafts, recreation, etc.)
-Assigned to smaller tasks throughout the weekend
-Preferred age 21+, eligible starting at age 19
