Terms & Conditions

- Illustration is not my full-time job, so it may take me some time to finish commissions.

- I do not paint anything fully NSFW. Kisses, hugs, cuddles and the suggestion of nudity is alright, but I don’t draw full nudity. If you're not sure where your idea falls, please don't hesitate to ask, since everyone's perception is different.

- Additionally, if I feel uncomfortable with a requested commission, I have the right to refuse it. Once again, if you are not sure, send me a DM and I'll let you know whether I feel comfortable with it.

- If you have an idea that does not exactly match any of the examples shown on my commission sheet, but you feel fits my style anyway, you’re welcome to send it to me, and I’ll see what I can do.

- If you need your commission within a short amount of time, I will look at the possibilities, but I will charge extra for that.

- Make sure to provide me with enough references if you have a specific image in mind of your characters' looks, outfits or poses. For example, if you want me to draw your character from the front, make sure there is a reference of your character from that angle.

- I will try to understand as best as possible what you want out of your commission, but I’m only human! If you feel like there is correction needed, please tell me as soon as possible. I will be sending you updates throughout the process, so please make use of these moments. If you require any big changes after you have previously approved a phase, I will charge extra for that.

- You will receive a digital high resolution file of your commission via email.

- You are free to post the final result wherever you please, with credit. As long as you make it clear that it's not your own work or someone else besides me.

- You are free to print the final artwork for your own use, but selling it or otherwise distributing it is not allowed.

- I retain the rights to the artwork. You retains the rights to the intellectual property of your original characters

- I do not condone NFTs and will not allow my artwork to be sold as such.

- I do not allow my work to be used for anything that involves generative AI

Payment Information

- For international payments I will make use of SumUp payment requests (this comes with a small fee). If you have a Dutch bank account we can make use of direct transfers through payment requests.

- When paying the Sumup request, I would like to ask you to avoid using PayPal unless you have no other option, since they charge quite a large additional fee. There are multiple alternative payment options.

- I will ask you to pay commissions under 50 euro upfront. Commissions over 50 euro I will ask you to pay half upfront and the other half once you have approved the final image, though full payment upfront is always allowed too. Once I have received the full amount I will send you the high resolution image.

Refund Policy

- Refunds depend on the progress already made on the commission and the reason for cancellation.

- If a commission is cancelled because of lack of communication, or any type of inapropriate behavior on the client's part, no refund applies.

- If a commission is cancelled halfway through the process, either by me or the client, half of the payment will be refunded. If only one half has been paid, the other half will not need to be paid.

- If a commission is cancelled by the client while it is more than halfway complete, no refund applies. If it is cancelled by me, I will refund the corresponding amount of the payment.

- If a commission is cancelled shortly after the inital payment, the payment minus a fee will be refunded. This fee is to cover any administrative work already done.

If you want help with text writing, please let me know, though this will come at an additional cost. Alternatively, you're welcome to upload a written doc with your references at the end of the form.

Here you can upload all your references* This field is required.Rather too many references than too little! If you have specific angles in mind, try to add a ref of your character with the corresponding angle. Also include references for outfits, hairstyle and inspiration for poses if you have them. If you don't have screenshots or art of your character yet, please add face claims or any other visuals of what you imagine your character to look like. If you don't have any of that, I would love to work with you to design your character for the first time, but it will come at an additional cost.

Do you want to turn your commission into a Skeb commission for a 25% discount?* This field is required.A skeb commission means that after the initial email with the summary of your commission and the invoice for payment, you won't receive any further communication or correction rounds until I've finished your commission. If you pick this option, please make sure that you have provided enough references and a clear idea of your commission, to avoid disappointment.
