    • You must have an existing booking with us to use Manage My Booking. This service is not intended for general enquiries, and you will be required to enter a valid booking reference.
    • MMYB should only be used for amendments or cancellations to existing bookings.
      If you need to make changes to a booking departing within the next 7 days, please contact us by phone and select the appropriate option.
    • For enquiries relating to the following, please refer to the Agent Tools page on our website:
      • Adding baggage to a flight
      • Pre-booking seats
      • Checking passengers in for their flight
    • For general questions about facilities at a property you have booked with us, please visit the hotel’s website for the most up-to-date information.
    • To help us manage requests quickly and efficiently, please ensure Manage My Booking is used correctly. When completing the form:
      • Select the correct reason for your request
      • Provide clear and accurate details in the message box
