    Please read the information below carefully and in its entirety

  • This application form is intended for current students considering to advance to another division: 

    From Junior Strings to Intermediate Strings

    From Intermediate Strings to Senior Strings

    From Junior Winds to Senior Winds

    From Senior Strings and Senior Winds to Symphony

    *Please note: This is the only opportunity during the season for current students to advance to the next division level. Advancement is limited to one level above your current division.There will be no additional move-up auditions in September or December.

     

    Date: 6th and 13th June, 2026 (Saturday)

    Location: St Anne’s Church, 4071 Francis Rd, Richmond, BC V7C 1J8

    Your audition time will be emailed to you by 23rd May, 2026. (Please keep both days available in the meantime as it is not possible to change audition date and time allocated.)

    Cost: $38 Audition Fee

     

    Deadline for audition sign-up is 16th May, 2026 at 23:59 PST.

    Late sign-ups may not be accommodated. 

  • Payment

    Please make your audition fee payment ($38) using the embedded form. Your audition application is NOT complete without making the payment and you will not be scheduled an audition time. 

  • Please double-check your junk and spam inbox if you do not find your Receipt of Audition Fee confirmation email.
