  • Counselor Application

    Open to anyone 18+ who enjoys working with youth and helping create a fun, inclusive camp environment
  • Counselors are enthusiastic adults (18+) who support campers ages 9–14 by leading activities, building community, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment. Counselors help guide group experiences, foster friendships, and encourage campers as they try new skills throughout the week. This is a paid position — counselors receive a $350 stipend for the camp week — and is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with youth, value inclusion, and want to make a meaningful impact at SibCamp.

  • Junior Counselor Application

    For teen sibs who want to build leadership skills and support younger campers. Applicants must be a sibling of a person with disabilities.
  • Junior Counselors are teen siblings (ages 15–17) who want to grow as leaders while supporting younger sibs at camp. JCs help create a fun, inclusive environment, assist with activities, and serve as positive role models throughout the week. This role is designed to build confidence, leadership skills, and connection with other teen sibs while contributing meaningfully to the SibCamp community.
