Request for 2026 Spring Conference Session Proposals

Thank you for your interest in presenting at the 2026 CTAO Spring Conference, May 12-14, 2026, at the Hilton Polaris. The Planning Committee is seeking proposals for presentations, due February 27, 2026 at 12:00 PM EST.

Conference Purpose: The goal of the conference is to provide timely and useful continuing education for Ohio’s County Treasurers as well as peer-to-peer learning, networking, and camaraderie among CTAO members, their staff, and our vendor partners.

ALL SESSIONS WILL BE DELIVERED BETWEEN 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM on May 12 & 12th, and between 8:30 am and noon on May 14th.

Please refer to the “Guide to Writing an Effective Proposal” for additional information to assist you in completing this form. If any information on the Request for Proposal Form is left blank, the proposal may not be considered.

Provide a brief session description to be included in the conference program and registration website. Provide a clear and accurate description so that participants fully understand the session when they register. For example: “This session will provide participants with payment processing options. Participants will engage in an interactive discussion to determine the best options for their office challenges and complete a worksheet to take home to their organization.”
