Greetings from Haw River United Methodist Church,

We are excited for the opportunity to have Church Camp 2026 (7/5/26 - 7/11/26) and we hope you are excited to send your children, so please click Next below to complete the application so that we know you want to send your child. A very important change that has occurred is that the camper designation is no longer based on age, it is now rising 3rd graders through rising seniors regardless of age.

Once the application has been submitted, you should receive an email confirmation and a link to a Paypal site where you can make your on-line payment if necessary.

PARENTS OR GUARDIANS WILL BE EXPECTED TO COME TO CAMP AND PICK UP ANY CAMPER WHO WILL NOT ABIDE BY THE RULES OF THE CAMP!! - Luggage and bedrolls are to be brought to the church by 9:00 am on the Saturday prior to camp. PLEASE LABEL EVERYTHING. PLEASE DOWNLOAD THE CAMP INFORMATION AND EXPECTATIONS DOCUMENT ON OUR WEB-SITE.
  
  THE BUS WILL STOP AT A REST STOP ON THE WAY TO AND FROM CAMP. CAMPERS DO NOT NEED MONEY FOR THE TRIP. Campers may bring snacks along for the ride to camp. The campers will be provided with a meal on Sunday evening when they arrive. We will also provide lunch for the return home on Saturday. NO MONEY IS NEEDED DURING THE WEEK. WE WOULD RATHER YOU NOT SEND CAMPERS WITH MONEY BECAUSE THEY OFTEN LOSE IT.
