During any training camp or clinic, every effort will be made to assure your safety. However, as with any training program, there are risks. These risks may include, but not limited to, the chance for musculoskeletal injuries & stress on the cardio-respiratory systems. By approving this consent & disclaimer, you assume the responsibility for these risks and waive any possibility for personal damages. You also agree that, to your knowledge, you have no limiting physical condition or disability that would preclude you from this training program. If you do have any medical issues or condition that may be of concern, you further agree that a physician has cleared you to participate in this type of training program. Participants who do not have prior physician clearance MUST acknowledge they have been informed of its importance. By consenting below, you accept full responsibility for your own (athlete’s) health & well-being and you acknowledge an understanding that the leaders of this program, as well as the facility administration (i.e. Colorado Academy), assume no responsibility.
Please note that the training coaches are NOT in control of the training facility and grounds in which trainings are held and, therefore, cannot be held responsible for any incidents within the facility or on the grounds. However, all coaches will do what is possible to maintain safety within their training area(s).
