  • Alcohol Policy Agreement:
    Tremont Lodge & Resort has strict alcohol policies that must be followed by all attendees.

    By registering for the Morning Cup Toastmasters 10th Anniversary Weekend Summit, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

    • Tremont Lodge & Resort is the sole provider of all alcoholic beverages at the venue.
    • No outside alcohol is permitted anywhere on the property, including inside the venue or on the venue lawn.
    • Any service of alcohol must be arranged through Tremont Lodge & Resort and served only by an ABC-licensed bartender hired by the venue.
    • Self-service of alcohol is strictly prohibited.
    • If I or any guest associated with my registration is found serving or consuming outside alcohol:
      • Tremont Lodge & Resort may remove the alcohol, and/or
      • End the event immediately without any refund.
    • I understand that violation of this policy may result in the forfeiture of the damage deposit, as outside alcohol is a violation of Tennessee state law and places Tremont Lodge & Resort’s ABC license at risk.
    • I understand that compliance with this policy is mandatory and agree to abide by all venue rules during the event.
