  • Dear parents/guardians,

    Students will stay overnight on the campus of Pepperdine University for the duration of the Conference. Check in is on Friday, July 24 from 1:30-2:30pm and dismissal is on Sunday, July 26 at 2:30pm.

    The registration fee is $599 and includes all program supplies, dorms and meals. Families may receive the early bird rate of $549 by completing registration and submitting their deposit by March 15, 2026.

    A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your student’s spot. The remaining balance is due by June 24, 2026.

    For full details, please review our Summer Conference Policies document. By registering your student, you are acknowledging that you have read and agreed to these policies.

    Additional event information will be shared as we get closer to the Conference. Transportation to and from Pepperdine University is the responsibility of each family.

    Please note that roommates will be assigned based on gender, age, and team. In keeping with our long-standing policy of over 44 years, we do not honor roommate requests. This helps prevent cliques, reduces distractions, and encourages students to build new friendships throughout the Conference.

  • Scholarship Information

  • TACSC offers limited scholarship assistance made possible through private donors and foundations. If you are interested in applying for a scholarship, please complete our Scholarship Application by clicking here prior to submitting your student's registration.

    Scholarships are awarded on a rolling basis as funds allow, with distribution beginning February 15. Submitting an application does not guarantee an award, and families are encouraged to apply early as funding is limited.

    Please note that the $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration, regardless of scholarship award.

    Key highlights:

    • A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at registration. Remaining balances are due one month prior to the program start date. Once within one month of the program, all payments are non-refundable.

    • Students are expected to follow all program rules and maintain respectful behavior. TACSC may dismiss students for unsafe or inappropriate conduct. No refunds will be issued in the event of dismissal.

    • Prohibited items, including alcohol, drugs, and weapons, are not permitted and will result in immediate dismissal.

    • You authorize TACSC to seek emergency medical care for your student if needed.

    • TACSC may photograph or record students for program and promotional purposes.
