Please note that submitting this application does not guarantee selection to participate in this year’s Chief Joseph Days Rodeo. While we appreciate the interest of all applicants, vendor spaces are limited, and our selection process is competitive and based on events needs.
Selected vendors will be notified via email, confirming their acceptance. This email will include formal contract agreements with Chief Joseph Days.
Returning vendors will receive preference in our selection process; however, they are still not guaranteed selection by simply submitting this application. New vendors are also welcome to apply and will be vetted based on the information provided in their submissions.
Due to potential changes in our event layout, custom space accommodations and pricing offered in previous years may not be available this year. Vendors who previously received custom arrangements will be contacted directly if these changes impact their setup for the event. Food vendor spaces are 20'x30' with an angled right hand delivery and walk up window space is included in the 20'x30' space.
Food Vendors: 13% of gross profits
Merchandise/service vendor: $450/10x10 space or $700/10'x20' space
Hours of operation: The rodeo starts at 7pm but the grounds are open to the public all day, for free. There is slack in the arena each day at 9am and 2pm. Food vendors should be open by 6pm but can be open earlier if desired to feed contestants and spectators.
Food vendors are responsible for meeting all state and county requirements, including obtaining permits from the Oregon Health Department and adhering to safety guidelines set by the Oregon State Fire Marshal. Compliance with these requirements is essential for participation in Chief Joseph Days and must be completed prior to the event.
