This is an active, hands-on role where energy, movement, and a willingness to jump in are essential to creating a fast, smooth, yet still whimsical experience for every guest. Team members need to be able to do the following:

Stand and walk for extended periods, often for the duration of a full shift (4–8+ hours)
Frequently bend, reach, twist, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment
Lift and carry up to 25–40 pounds regularly, including repeatedly lifting 2.75-gallon ice cream tubs
Push, pull, and reposition equipment, including tables, chairs, and small fixtures within the store
Use hands and arms continuously for scooping ice cream, preparing orders, and handling products
Work in both warm and cold environments, including frequent use of dipping cabinets and freezers
Maintain balance and coordination while carrying items and navigating tight or busy spaces
Perform repetitive motions, such as scooping, topping, and assembling desserts
Respond quickly to customer and team needs, including moving between stations during busy periods
