    We’re excited about your interest in participating as a vendor at Fireworks in the Park! Please complete the form below in its entirety to be considered. A $75 vendor fee is required at the time of submission. Applications cannot be processed without payment, and incomplete forms will not be accepted. After signing up, you will receive a confirmation number via email.

  • Event Information for Vendors:

    Event Date: Saturday, June 27, 2026

    Booth Fee: $75 for a 10x10 space. Payment may be made by cash, check, or credit card. Booth spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. After signing up, you will receive a confirmation number via email.  

    Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, and tents.

    Setup Time: Begins at 1:30 PM. All vendors must be fully set up and ready by 3:30 PM.

    Event Time: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM, with the evening concluding with a fireworks show.

    The City of Josephine is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury.
