Please complete this form if you are interested in holding a market stall at the Quambatook Tractor Pull on Easter Saturday, 4 April 2026.
Please do not turn up on the day and expect a site without having been approved first. Filling this form out does not give you automatic approval. Please wait for a confirmation email.
⚠️ Please note: We are not accepting food or catering stalls. This expression of interest is for market stalls only.
We offer two stall site options:
Country Market Stalls – $25
• Site size: 3m x 5m
• If you require a larger space, you will need to purchase multiple sites
• Powered sites are not guaranteed
• These areas have limited lighting
• Stall locations are allocated on a first in, best dressed basis
Vendor Sites – $100
• Guaranteed powered site
• Larger site
• Located in a higher foot-traffic area
Payment
Payment is to be made in cash on the day of the event.
Important Information
• Stallholders must hold their own public liability insurance
• Please bring your own tables/tressles and power cords if required
• Vehicle exit gates will only be open during the tea break (6:00pm – 7:00pm) and again at the conclusion of the event (approximately 10:00pm)
