Craft and Retail Vendor Application Form
Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the 27th Annual Bruneau Cowboy Christmas! We are excited to invite you to join us for three full days of holiday shopping, food & fun November 6–8, 2026, at Quey’s Farm in Bruneau, Idaho. Vendor set-up will take place on Thursday, November 5, 2026. Please read the attached terms and conditions below carefully. As part of this application, you will be asked to confirm that you have read and understand all materials in their entirety. Once your application has been reviewed and accepted, you will receive a confirmation email with additional details. Please complete the application in full. We encourage you to include a detailed description of your business, including your story—how you got started and why you do what you do. We have found that this information helps us better market our vendors to shoppers. All applications will be juried by a selection committee. Please note-if you plan to share your booth with additional vendors, please include their business name(s), social media pages and product photos as well. Vendor spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, pending approval by the selection committee. Once accepted, the vendor fee is due within 14 days of your acceptance. Applications will not be considered complete or finalized until payment is received. Please review Terms and Conditions for our updated Cancellation Policy. Once all vendor spaces are filled, additional applicants will be placed on a waitlist and contacted if openings become available. Additionally, If you have selected an indoor space and indoor spaces are filled you will be placed on a waitlist (please indicate on your application if you would be willing to take an outdoor space (to ensure you receive a spot) while on the waitlist for an indoor spot).
